Who operates this site
Efficient Agents is a public-facing brand of Cloudscrooge LLC, a Texas limited liability company. In this notice, “Efficient Agents,” “we,” and “us” refer to Cloudscrooge LLC.
Information we collect
If you submit the consultation form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business email, company, the workflow or role you want to discuss, approximate volume or frequency, and any optional message.
Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, browser information, and security signals.
How we use information
- Evaluate and respond to consultation inquiries.
- Communicate about a potential or existing business relationship.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests.
We do not use consultation-form information to train public AI models. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
The site is intended to use Cloudflare for hosting, network delivery, and security. Form delivery is intended to use an owner-approved email provider. Those providers may process data on our behalf under their own service terms and privacy commitments.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising pixels or cookie-dependent analytics are intentionally enabled in this initial version. Cloudflare security services may use strictly necessary technologies to detect abuse if those protections are enabled.
Retention and security
We intend to keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, business records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. A privacy contact address will be added before launch.
Changes
We may update this notice as the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when a revised notice is published.
